Taco Bell - Harrisonburg

I really enjoy Mexican food, but I was a bit disappointed that the snow hadn't been cleared away from the accessible entrance for people with disabilities. Thankfully, my mother wasn't hurt, but she struggled to reach the lobby and enjoy her meal.

I need to leave. My food order came out incorrectly. However, Tanya was resourceful in correcting the mistake, even though she had just started her break.

There must be a new management or personnel. The first time for years without mistake. Normally there are always orders wronged, forgot sauces, terrible waiting time. Not so during my last trip. Our crispy, cheerful Gordita Crunch, Taco, Nacho and drinks were perfect. Only minor complaints are the potatoes overboiled. Congratulations to those who put this place on their feet. It is nice to be able to look forward to my order and find out what might be screwed this time. Requisit to the employees who are currently actually responsible for accuracy and quality. Thank you. It really makes a difference.

I visited the restaurant the other night, and although they were supposed to be open for another hour past their scheduled closing time, they had already stopped serving. After waiting for about 30 minutes, I had to get back in my car to find out that they were no longer taking orders for the evening.

Good location but first time I highly disappointed with this location Taco Bell. Mannerless staffs. Arguing each other. Not giving proper response. Potato taco was not fresh. Hard like a peace of wood. Gave it back to the lady who delivered the order as an evidence. So surprised to see for this small scale business, there are two General Managers plus three Managers but got worst food and service ever in my life.
