Macado's - Harrisonburg

Wow, so many choices on the menu and the food was sooooo good! Will definitely be coming back.

If you have kids and they love hamburgers, they dont have any on kids menu. Nachos chips were dry and saggy. French fries look like they were over cooked!

Its Monday, January 24, 2022, I am craving Macado 's Artichoke Dip so I stop by and No one Shows up for Work .. A New Girl is Hosting, A Friendly Bartender and A Wonderful Waiter named Darius. Darius says Hello!! If you Be Patient with me I will show You Kindness and That is Exactly What Was Shown!! Macado 's .. Darius is Wonderful .. Keep Him!!! The Ones that Called out .. well .. my Pastrami Reuben was So Good and The Artichoke Dip was too. Bon Appetit Macado 's!!

I went here last week with my sister for the first time I would like to say it was a very pleasant experience. The food was excellent my sister I shared everything. We got the chili cheese fries, chicken tenders, a bacon cheeseburger and my personal favorite Mac Cheese. I didn?t think the Mac cheese was gonna be good cuz most restaurants make them in bulk it?s always water down but this was really delicious. Also, the service here was great. Our server was a lovely lady. She checked on us every 10 mins she was quick. As for the inside is pretty nicely decorated. Had a relaxing ambiance. It wasn?t too bright or too dark.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! It took 1 hour and 37 minutes to get a mixed drink. My duck came under boiled (picture attached). When he was asked to see the manager, an rude man named Matt came to the table and said what the problem is?. He then said there was a new bartender? And all I can say, I'm sorry?. Then he left after he shook the problems at the table. The only thing that kept us from going away was our amazing server, Kiana! Without her, our big party would have gone within the first 10 minutes.
