Their drinks are really delicious and addicting I can’t stop I have to keep going back to it love it ?

Best boba shop I've been too, including smaller businesses. In this case, a chain just does it better since the quality is more standardized. I've never tried a drink I didn't like, at any location, and the boba has a better texture than any other shop I've been too! It's cooked perfectly every time. The other toppings are amazing too, and my favorite aspect about the drinks is that you can change the sugar level--that's not an option most other places! As a self-proclaimed boba connoisseur (mostly a joke), KFT is my all-time favorite.

TLDR: horrible place with horrible attitudes from workers that have never done an order correctly.I have previously been to this KFT before and it was terrible service, but today I decided to give it another try thinking it was just a fluke. I was obviously wrong. My boyfriend and I went to order two mango green teas, one with bubbles and another with just the mango jelly that comes with the drink. When we finished our order (which i made sure was clear and correct as I order boba all the time and am used to it) the worker looked me straight in the face and said “so three drinks and (wrong size)?” I was not rude about it since I figured she just was having an off day or something. Next thing I know they made the drinks COMPLETELY wrong, they gave me bubbles when I didn’t want them and also gave us no ice at all. The mango green tea usually has a nice refreshing sweetness but it’s not overpowering. When I say there was so much syrup in it that I couldn’t even see my straw through the tea…SO sickeningly sweet, it was disgusting.Other than that, the first time I came here I ordered the wintermelon green tea with bubbles 100% sweetness and they gave me un-iced tea with NO sugar or bubbles. It was like drinking tea out of a store-bought tea packet. Not worth the money, absolutely horrible.

We paid $16 for two drinks, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. The first drink was only about two-thirds full, and they forgot the topping in the second drink. We didn't notice this until after we had already taken a few sips. They took the drink behind the counter to add the missing topping, but I was uncomfortable with the fact that they used the same equipment for our drink that they were using for others, especially since someone had already drunk from it. They didn't clean the area or sanitize any tools after making the adjustment, which left me feeling uneasy about drinking it further, as I was worried about hygiene and the possibility of my saliva being in the cup.
