The toilets have been in a poor condition for several years. While the food is good, I’ve asked many times why no improvements are being made to the facilities. The wudhu area often leaves the floor wet and slippery—perhaps it could be relocated to the prayer room. The toilets are also messy, largely due to travelers not keeping them clean. Please be mindful and considerate when using them, and leave them in a tidy state. Food: 5

Customer service was great but the actual food leaves much to be desired. The burger bun was very stale and disintegrated could not eat it. The steak in the shawarmas were full of fat. And the pita that the shawarmas were made in were very stale. The chips had a weird taste as if they were re fried old chips. Considering how busy it was on Friday, the food especially the bread parts should have been fresh. Very disheartening to spend money supporting an establishment and to experience substandard quality on food.
