Had the worst experience ever at the Harrisdale Macdonalds drive through this evening. Customer service is terrible here, both by the manager and the rude staff who took our order. Mind you, this is not the first time. The staff messed up our order and then had the audacity to ask us to make another round to reorder in a rude tone! No apology from the staff nor the horrid manager who had such a bad attitude. They made the mistake and yet reacted as if the customer was wrong. I will never visit this horrible drive through again. Plus, the sauce in the burger was only a drop and spilled outside the burger. Again, no apology for that and all We received were stares and horrid attitudes. The manager and staff clearly need training in customer service. I would rather drive a little further away for good service and good food.

Constantly getting our order wrong, it was empty and no one in drive through and completely messed it up.Now tonight, the third time I got food delivered and once again. Food wasn’t given that I paid for. Tried calling but no answer 2 times
