Wharf - Harrisburg

I just stopped by for a beer with a friend and found the restaurant to be a bit cramped, but they do have an outdoor bar with plenty of heaters to keep you warm. The bartender was attentive and quick to serve drinks. Overall, it seemed like a nice place. I might consider going back to try the food, though I don’t have high expectations in that regard. The Wharf is your typical restaurant or pub, just nice enough that it doesn't feel like a dive bar. I would recommend it for a quick drink, but I can’t speak much to the quality of the food. All in all, it seemed like a decent spot.

This place is overpriced for basic bar food. My entire group has finished eating, and I’m still waiting for my order, which took over 45 minutes to arrive. Meanwhile, the tables that were seated after us have already eaten and left. The waitress also had an unpleasant attitude. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time or money here.

I visited this restaurant with a group of friends for dinner. There were six of us, and it took 20 minutes before our drinks arrived. Once we placed our food orders, it took even longer. Three of us ordered the Crippled Haddock, one ordered Trainwreck Fries, and another had a Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza. Everyone received their meals and finished eating while we were still waiting. We completely forgot about our pizza, and two tables that arrived after us received their orders before we did. Unfortunately, we have no plans to return.

On a Sunday night at 8:00. We have the shrimp and scallop salad and a queen. Both were average. Too many nuts and cranberries and not enough salad in my opinion, but the seafood was good. It was not very crowded, most customers were sitting at the bar. Barservice was a little slow, but good. I wanted to stop because the food on social media looks good. It could try another day.

Food was good. Be prepared to ask for silverware to eat with. Remember your waitress' name because you will need to stop her for a refill on your drink.
