Subway - Harrisburg

Been coming here fore lunch for a few weeks now. The same server has been there every time and is always in good spirits. They make great conversation while making my food, my way. :

We went in on a Wednesday night and it seemed like the two girls who were in there were very busy as it took a good while to get through the line. While we waited, they worked diligently and addressed people as they came in. What we quickly realized was that a lot of folks had ordered online via the app, however the orders were not coming to the store! These poor girls were having to rush make orders on the spot while also helping people who were walk in customers like ourselves. Considering how many people were effected, they handled the situation so well and really did what they could for everyone. Despite the difficulty and the wait people had, everyone was very understanding and no one took it out on the employees which is also a testament to the people who frequent this store and people who live in the area. While there were difficulties, the food was good and I believe those two girls deserve a bonus/pay bump/whatever good can be given to them as they were rock stars! I don't think our situation happens frequently but as it did happen while we were there, I can say these employees made our trip into the restaurant go smooth even with the troubles they faced.

The young blonde girl left her coworker by herself during a rush and she was on the phone outside. It took very long to get through the line.

Stopped in for lunch and they didn't have enough staff at noon. Took forever to get waited on and food prepping.Food was very good and clean facility.

The guy was nice and valid sandwich. i had a soccer game at 6 pm too and it sat well.
