Starbucks - Harrisburg

The cashier was friendly, but the barista wearing glasses and a black and white vest could use a little attitude adjustment. When I asked where I could find sugar packets, she responded rather dismissively, saying they weren't available due to COVID-19 and that they wouldn't be returning. I mentioned that I'm visiting from out of state and that many places still provide them, just to clarify my question. She made a huffy noise and moved on. Maybe she could benefit from a "new year, new me" mindset next time!

I never anticipate much from a chain coffee shop. It’s one thing to get an order mixed up, but it’s another to tell me that I don’t know what I ordered. Really?

This is my favorite Starbucks to visit! The staff is friendly, the manager has great energy, and the drinks are always made to perfection.

This is my favorite Starbucks! The employees are friendly and efficient. I don't walk in the door without them smiling! Wonderful folks and they should all get huge raises for always being helpful!Food: 5/5

This Starbucks is managed by an incredibly personable and funny guy who seems to be there every day to support his team, which is full of equally nice and friendly workers. I've been here probably over 100 times to study for school and work and I've never been treated poorly or experienced any problems. If you need a friendly atmosphere to sit down in and just chill or study, I highly recommend coming here for the afternoon.Parking: They have a whole lot of spaces to park in on two sides of the store.
