Contribuiți la feedbackThis was literally my first time at a Starbucks. It is inside a Target that I was shopping at. On my way out, I decided to grab a coffee. After paying $3.23 for the coffee (btw...a coffee is a buck at McDonald's) I asked for sugar. And they informed me that they were out of sugar. That was an expensive cup of coffee that I couldn't enjoy.
Gracie is awesome!!! Wonderful customer service, Adds more *Crunch*, Talkative just spot on. My sister and I love this location bc of Gracie.
Such an amazing comfort place if your lonely and friendless. 10/10
There was a long line. No hustle AT ALL by any of the current workers- they must have quick sand behind the counter because that was THE slowest service EVER!
I 'm constantly disappointed by this place. As a barista myself, these target baristas need better training mostly need to fix their attitude. I understand working in an understaffed licensed location can be stressful, as I 've done it myself countless times, but maybe learn to smile every once in a while, with a better attitude, more customers will have a better attitude about having to wait. Last night I went in there were 2 baristas working, one was training the other. The trainer was on register while she was belting out the steps to make each drink to the trainee, barely making any customer connection, just taking their order. The customers in front of me orders Frappuccinos unfortunately the baristas had run out of whipped cream. The trainer decided she wanted to make the whipped cream at that very moment she stuck the trainee on register. The trainee was very obviously a little flustered nervous but she took my order. The other barista took wayyyy too long to make whipped creams. Instead of just making one for the time being to get the Frappuccinos out of the way, she made multiple told the customers in front of me that they had to wait until the whipped cream set for them to get their drinks. The trainee informed the trainer that she was set to clock out. The trainer very audibly said ****. Well you 're set to go then. Then trainer then made all of my refreshers straight into the cup after complaining that I wanted no water in one of my refreshers??? That 's one less step you have to do what is the issue? She used a stir stick to stir my MDRL to make it turn pink since she didn 't shake it. The worst person to take a shortcut on their drinks with is a barista. Laziness at its finest. Shake your refreshers people. learn to sequence better.
