Panera Bread - Harrisburg

I normally don’t get Panera for this reason, and I understand you have to abide by food costs but this is ridiculous. Last time there was even less lettuce than pictured here, I figured maybe they could make up for the not so pleasant experience, but was let down again. This was $6, I’m just confused as to why and how this is acceptable. Even made a kind note hoping someone might be able to just add some extra lettuce. (Can't upload a picture I guess but I received a salad with almost no lettuce, after requesting they add just a little extra to make up for same mistake last time)

Stay away! Ordered 5 Asiago Cheeses bagels for pickup. They must have run out which they should have canceled the order. Instead they put a few pieces (literally maybe 4 pieces)of Asiago on the top of a plain bagel and ran it through the toaster several times. Which the cashier did acknowledge she didn’t know why. The bagels were 1 toasting short of burnt. Also I had one everything bagel and it was toasted fine. Which further proved to me they ran the other ones through several times to pass for Asiago.I took them back in said something to cashier she assured me my order was correct. I knew she was lying but was so irritated and it was not worth the scene I was about to cause so I left. The bagels were horrible

The worst Panera ever , the worst cust service ever, they see you at the register and no one asked you if you need anything, I will never going back Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
