Infinito's Pizza Buffet - Harrisburg

On a Friday night, there were hardly any pizzas available. My family and I decided to stay and eat, and while we were waiting, we placed our orders. I barely managed to have four slices before a large family came in and took all the pizzas. All five employees, including the manager, disappeared and weren't to be found. Yolanda returned about ten minutes later with some pizzas that had been poorly prepared, overlapping in the oven. She started cutting them and asked one of the employees to wash his hands and help. Instead, he just turned around and answered a phone call right in front of her, and she did nothing about it. While I sat there waiting for my pizza, I was frustrated to see Yolanda making pizzas at a snails pace. Honestly, for almost $60, I could have gone to a proper restaurant. Then, as she started cleaning, she handled trash and wiped down counters before going back to food preparation—all while wearing the same gloves! Was cross-contamination not covered during their training? I've even witnessed another staff member putting food into his mouth while using the same gloves he was preparing food with. I promptly left that day. I’ve given this place multiple chances, but each time I come, I leave hungry and disappointed. I refuse to return. They need to seriously improve their food handling practices. Seeing how my potential meal was treated today was the last straw for me.

This is truly the best buffet I've ever experienced. The breadsticks are nothing short of heavenly. The genius who thought up chocolate chip pizza deserves a Nobel Prize! There are so many fun and unique pizzas to sample. You won't be let down.

This place is great. Lots of variety, the pizza is comparable to less expensive pizzas like Little Caesars, the pasta and breadsticks I felt were better than Olive Garden. The salad bar was reasonable, nothing fancy. I do find it funny that the binholding the imitation bacon bits was as large as the one holding the lettuce. The variety of soft drinks is better than mostrestaurants. Tremendous value.

I always enjoy visiting this restaurant. It offers fantastic value for the price. There are so many pizza options, and they’re always willing to accommodate special requests if you don’t see what you want. The pizza is genuinely delicious. I also love their pasta, salad, breadsticks, cinnamon rolls, and dessert pizzas!

All you can eat pizza and salad bar! The pizza is ok, 1or2 toppings on each variant and the staff keep them churning out as they are eaten so regularly able to get a large variety of different pizza. The staff were attentive for clearing the plates and Ifound the novel 'dessert ' pizzas fun too. Salad bar was ok, with a couple of different pasta options and plenty of saladdressing to choose from. It 's not upmarket but it is a simple place for a family friendly eat out if you are hungry!
