Elementary Coffee Co. - Harrisburg

I stopped by Elementary Coffee for a tea and to use the restroom while visiting the state capitol building, which is just a block away. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive. And I must say, it had the CLEANEST BATHROOM EVER! I highly recommend this place.

This place has a wonderful atmosphere, and the coffee is excellent. There are plenty of intriguing pour-over options available. I ended up purchasing a bag of the May Day blend, which has flavor notes of lilac and warm rain—something that sounds unbelievable, but it’s surprisingly accurate. Delicious! If I lived in Harrisburg, I would definitely become a regular here.

Fantastic coffee, wonderful tea, delicious gluten-free pastries (and likely amazing regular pastries as well), along with a fantastic atmosphere. If my childhood home had been this nurturing, I might be a lot less anxious today.

Delicious and beautifully crafted drinks, whether cold brewed or foamy espresso, are a highlight here. They are rich and velvety, with unique spices that enhance the experience even further. The friendly staff and trendy atmosphere make this cafe a must-visit. I will definitely be back.

I had an amazing experience with the coffee at this place; their Ugandan coffee is fantastic! I almost made the mistake of going to Starbucks instead. The baristas are super friendly, and the vibe of the place is really cool, situated in a great location. There’s a hint of political conversation happening, but I see that as part of the character of the spot.
