Domino's Pizza - Harrisburg

The team you have working right now is your A team. I order from Domino's frequently, and this order was exceptional. It pairs perfectly with my beer.

This past Wednesday, my husband ordered a pizza and wings online. He received confirmation that his order was placed and was given a pickup time of 6:45. However, when he arrived, they couldn't find his order. They asked him what he had ordered and then informed him it would take another half an hour to prepare. When he returned, they still had no record of his order, and no one offered him an alternative. Frustrated, my husband left without anything. We feel that we deserve a free pizza and wings as compensation. I will NEVER go to Domino's again!

The food was fantastic! However, I do have one concern. I was offered car-side delivery when I ordered online, but I later discovered that it’s only available during specific hours, and I wasn’t informed about this. I ended up waiting in my car while my food just sat on a shelf.

Every time I visit this Domino's, I order the Chicken Alfredo, and it never disappoints! The staff is always friendly and full of energy. This is definitely my favorite Domino's location!

Today, I had a pleasant experience, although my order took quite a while to arrive. Nonetheless, the customer service was outstanding, and the food was absolutely delicious!
