Bistro At Marriott Courtyard

My husband and I wanted to do a trip not so far from home, and Hershey was the perfect place! From my Marriott rewards, I found this nearby hotel and booked months before our arrival for my birthday. I had read some reviews that made the hotel seem a little uncared for, so I was somewhat nervous about this. We were so happy that we ignored those negative reviews and kept this reservation. The location was perfect for us, close enough to Hershey Park (we were able to go to Chocolate World) and downtown. We went for a Hershey Bears game too and it was a quiet night at the hotel and in town since the park was not open. I asked for an available upgrade, which we got, and we had a beautiful two-room space with living/dining/wet bar in one room and the bedroom in another. The bathroom was extremely spacious. All amenities were very nice but we did not venture to the lobby for any meals or to take advantage of the fire pit. We honestly did not spend much time here, but when we were here it was very nice. The only negatives are that the pillows are extremely flat... my husband and I both hate down pillows and didn't sleep extremely well. The other thing that I would mention is that like some of the reviews, the caulking and some of the finishing details in the hotel's work were not great but that very obviously did not impact our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel between days spent at Hershey Park. The lobby is great, with a Starbucks and a bistro serving alcohol and food, tons of seating. It had a really good breakfast buffet for just $18 per person, with eggs, sausage, potatoes, fruit, yogurt and more. The rooms were very large and well appointed. Everything was super clean. The best part was outstanding service all around, from check in to the bistro bar. Lucy at the front desk went over the top to make us feel welcome thank you, Lucy! We highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure visitors to Hershey.

Easy check in. Nice staff. Prompt service when you need extra supplies delivered. Clean rooms, but they are on the small side for hotel rooms. The only complaint we have was the climate control we were on the fourth floor and all three of our rooms were HOT. We had a very nice tech, Jim come to service them. He verified indeed the one unit was not blowing cold enough air to cool the room so, he brought a box fan. The other two rooms were blowing cool air, but it just couldn't cool the rooms. We check out of one room early because of the temperature. If you stay here, my recommendation is to not stay on the fourth floor.

This is my go to hotel when visiting Hershey PA, a comfortable hotel with just a 15 minute ride to Hershey park and the chocolate ave area. The hotel is super clean and the staff are excellent! They couldn't be any nicer, they even brought us a step stool when I called the front desk and asked for one because one of my family members is short and was having an issue getting into the beds (they are very tall). Overall, my experience was pretty good here, The only thing I would've changed is asking for room service, I didn't because we only stayed two days but with the size of the garbages in the room, they were pretty full after two days. Staying here is a must when you're looking to visit Hershey park!

One of the nicer rooms I've stayed in in Harris Berg. They have a real restaurant for breakfast and dinner, as well as fruit infused water in the lobby. The feng shue of the rooms was a little strange, but all the parts and pieces seemed to work and it was clean. Perhaps a touch more Expensive than similar hotels in this class, but also a touch nicer. Only accessible by car.
