Arby's - Harrisburg

Arby’s consistently delivers deliciousness that makes it a standout option when you’re not in the mood for the typical fast food fare. Today, I indulged in a brisket sandwich, and it was as if angels sang in delight while I unwrapped this beautiful creation. While other places are inflating their prices and serving subpar offerings, Arby’s continues to do what it does best at a reasonable price. I’ve heard whispers about an exciting new Exotic Line featuring kangaroo burgers, crocodile tacos, and wallaby chili, and I can’t wait to try them!

The milkshake machine was broken, the fries were cold and lacked flavor. The chicken was extremely thin, and the brisket sandwich looked unappealing. To top it off, they were out of Diablo sauce, so they just called it a regular chicken sandwich. Overall, it didn't live up to the hype given to their sandwich, especially after dismissing other places' spicy chicken offerings. Food: 2/5

On the better side of the Arby's chain, you'll always get good service and food coming here. The staff are lovely and I've never had a problem occur with this store in all the years I've been going.Food: 4/5

They didn't maintain the quality and taste is so bad. Don't order anything in online you don't have a option to taste the items. Even we order everything they don't give items we need to verify and ask everything.

I was not greeted upon entering the restaurant and ended up waiting 8 minutes before anyone took my order. The service was disappointing, and the shift manager showed visible frustration when we tried to use a coupon. Overall, the experience was quite negative.
