Jack's - Harpersville

We usually enjoy Jack's, but this particular visit on Sunday afternoon was a complete letdown. The dining area was not clean, and there was ice scattered all over the floor, creating a slipping hazard. Only one staff member was making an effort to handle the dine-in orders, leaving several of us waiting for over 15 minutes for our food. To top it off, the cashier mentioned they were completely out of napkins. I hope this isn't a regular occurrence...

The Harpersville Jacks is fantastic! They offer a call-ahead ordering option, which is really convenient for picking up your food. It may seem like a standard service, but when it's 10:50 and you want biscuits and gravy before they stop serving them at 11:00, it's a lifesaver that they allow you to pick up your order later as long as you place it before 11. The staff are always polite, prompt, and hardworking. They recognize me and usually remember my favorite dish. Plus, they maintain an excellent health score. And I absolutely love their crushed ice! The food was excellent, but it went through me faster than the Holy Ghost at a Church of God service on a Sunday morning!

Ordered an 8 piece chicken nugget and a plain cheeseburger for my kids in the drive through. Received a 2 piece nugget and a cheeseburger with everything. We were on the road before we discovered these gross errors and could not turn around.

Absolutely love their breakfast, they're bacon is out of the world. Gravy is magnificent and the biscuits are so good no words can express how good they are. You would have to come and check out for yourself ?
