Burger King - Harmony

I ordered through the drive-thru and my boyfriend's sandwich was incorrect. He asked for the new honey mustard chicken sandwich but got a spicy chicken sandwich instead, with tomato even though he requested it without. I ordered a Whopper with cheese, ketchup, and extra pickles only, but ended up receiving one with tomato, lettuce, onions, pickles, ketchup, and mayo. We also ordered mozzarella sticks but did not receive the marinara sauce that was supposed to come with it. It's disappointing that despite the order being clearly printed on the receipt, they couldn't get it right. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

I accidentally passed the ordering speaker at the drive-thru, but had to reverse. Fortunately, there was no one behind me. The service was quick and efficient. I ordered take-out for dinner and it cost $1-10 per person. The food was rated 4 out of 5, while the service received a perfect score of 5.

My friends and kids were in a car accident Sunday, Sept 3rd in front of this burger king. The manager and staff were so kind to us! Offered drinks and a place to sit while waiting on a ride home. We were over an hour away from home and these acts of kindness were truly appreciated! Thank you so much! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Every time I come here, disappointed, this location needs to close and retrain/ bulldoze. And for people who drive truck at night the building is locked but drive thru open..
