Sun Kwong - Harlow

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The chicken balls were burnt and greasy, with barely enough sauce for two servings. The chicken curry was tough and tasteless, and the pineapple was unpleasant. The texture of the chicken was like jelly, so I ended up throwing most of it away. This was a far cry from the usually excellent standard of this restaurant. I will definitely be avoiding it in the future.

This chip shop offers delicious food and has very friendly staff. It is a lovely place to eat, and the restaurant is impeccably clean.

This used to be the best Chinese restaurant in Harlow, but now they refuse to deliver despite our complaints. The staff often get my order wrong and there have been several incomplete orders in the past year. Today, when I tried to order again, I was told that they would not deliver to us. When I explained that if they got the order right, I wouldn't have to complain, I was told that I can't be wrong all the time. The woman is rude and unattentive, while the man lacks the ability to run a business. After being a customer for 15 years, I am disappointed that I can no longer order their delicious food. This experience was extremely disappointing, especially when I was hung up on when trying to discuss the poor customer service. It is clear that they do not appreciate their business, and I would advise avoiding them.

I have used this Chinese for a while now but lately it's going down hill . . I've just picked up my order and it was the worst takeaway I have ever experienced . . Totally bland no flavour what so ever . . The...crispy sweet chilli beef was like eating squid . . Rubbery and no flavour at all a total waste of £33.60 . . I'll never ever use sun kwong Chinese takeaway again . . I would of taken it back but didn't want to get into a massive argument over the poor quality of there food
