Premier Inn Harlow North (harlow Mill)

Premier Inns don't necessarily get your heart racing as a destination, but it was convenient, cosy, friendly, and we enjoyed a great night's sleep as we stopped over after attending a wedding. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 4

Comfortable short stay. Quick check in, comfortable and clean room. The food and service next door was very good. The breakfast was superb, probably the best breakfast I've had at a Premier Inn. Safety: Car park could be better lit. A little difficult to manoeuvre when wet and dark. Noteworthy details: Professional check in. Very informative. Rooms: 5

Lovely room and location was great for our purposes. But heating was stuck at 26 degrees and wouldn’t lower and spare cushions smelt of sweat. Unfortunately after travelling we had collapsed in bed and noted the temperature not lowering in the middle night when we both couldn’t sleep with the extreme heat. Too tired to go this reception and have the hassle of changing grooms at 3am, we left the window opened to its max and waited until the morning to mention these points. The receptionist was polite and made note of them, however no compensation or future discount was offered despite the most unsatisfactory experience. I think these things can happen, (heating can go wrong) but at least some little discount on a future stay would be a kind gesture of professionalism.

Another amazing stay. Using this hotel regular for family visits in the area and they never let me and my son down. Rooms are a bit tired but the team do their absolute best to make up for it. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
