Why did I not read the review first, 20 mins delivery turned I to 70 mins, it had been sitting around, before delivery. It was cold, not crip just sweaty, cost of £35 with £4.99 as service charge and delivery. Its a shame but never again

Worst ever Waiting in line forever on my bike for them to say They won’t serve me because I’m on a motorbike and then got a friend to get it in they car and again a long wait then got the food just for it to be cold and smell funny Took it back and they would not give me a refund or give me new food. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN.

Waited for ages, the speaker wasn’t working, no one at window to order, got to last window told should have waited for someone, now can’t take my order go and queue again No Thanks!

What a huge mistake on my part. At 11.30 am before I started Christmas shopping, I ordered a 2 piece meal with a side of beans. When I saw the chicken in the hot cabinet I thought 'that doesn 't look very nice but it was still served up by the 'professional ' member of staff. The chicken was sooooo dry and the chips were cold, I went to leave but decided to take my tray to the counter and explain why i couldnt eat the food and was greeted with cocked head and an 'im sorry '. No offer of a replacement meal or a refund. I sat in my car for a couple of minutes, in full view of the restaurant door and nothing!

Ordered food through just eat Food never arrived had to call just eat for refund 30 minutes of life I’ll never get back They had even closed the restaurant without cancelling the order
