Fancy Fry - Harlow

The chip shop doesn't have the most appealing appearance and seems a bit outdated. However, the chips were freshly cooked as I waited and the fish looked delicious. Next time, I will try the kartoffels as they seemed tasty.

I recently stopped at a nearby hotel and decided to try out "Fancy Fry". The fish cake was only average, but the chips were delicious and still hot when I returned after 10-15 minutes. The service was quick and professional, and I really enjoyed my meal. I would definitely consider revisiting this restaurant. I give it 4 out of 5 stars because while the fish cake was good, I've had better elsewhere.

The delivery was fast and the delivery driver was very friendly. The cod was good, but my partner and I were very dissatisfied with the chips. They were cold and appeared to be old. They were very crunchy and actually hurt our gums when we tried to eat them. We ordered online and found the prices to be a bit high, but we were willing to overlook it until they tacked on delivery and service charges, making the total cost more than expected. Honestly, we will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Ordered a large cod got a small cold chips. Curry sauce not hard like a brick, and that's just mine for the whole order. What a waste of hard earned money

Waited and minutes for our food on a Tuesday! When it arrives the spring roll was small and cold. The chips were animic and the cod was strangely very flat and socked in oil. I would not recommend and will not be ordering...from them again.
