Pearson's Smokehouse Bbq Food Truck

We had a fantastic BBQ experience at this restaurant. Our family loved it and the sauce was amazing!

If you like eating smooshed crockpot meat soaked in liquid smoke flavoring then this is the bbq for you. Very disappointing especially after spending $10 for one sandwich and a small portion of potato chips. The chips were good but the bbq was a waste of money.

We stopped by for some authentic Southern BBQ and this place exceeded our expectations. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, the mac and cheese tasted just like homemade, and the potato salad, baked beans, and banana pudding were all incredibly delicious. We were celebrating my birthday at Callaway Gardens and I cannot wait to find another reason to visit this fantastic restaurant again!

The Beef Brisket was to die for. I'm telling you the meat was moist, full of flavor. The bread just soft, they both complement each other. The fried chips was cold when we got home, warmed them up and they were crispy all over again. We're looking for their truck everyrime.

I would give the BBQ at this food truck a 4-star rating. It was delicious with a great smokey flavor. The sandwich had just the right amount of sauce on it. I personally didn't care for their chips, but my wife enjoyed them.
