Shogun - Harker Heights

I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. I enjoyed a dragon roll, pot sticker, green tea, and soup, all of which were delicious. The decor is stunning and would make for an excellent date night spot. The staff was incredibly friendly. When I visited, the place wasn't too crowded, making it a relaxing environment. I think I've just discovered my new favorite Japanese restaurant! Highly recommended.

We absolutely love Shogun! Our favorite dish is the sushi roll selection, which you can customize to your liking. It's incredibly delicious. They also have a special roll that is deep-fried and filled with cream cheese, which we highly recommend.

The decor surpassed my expectations for the area. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety on the menu, which offered more options than I anticipated from a traditional Japanese restaurant. We ordered the spicy California roll, ika and tako nigiri, a spicy tuna roll, shrimp fried rice, and squid salad. The sushi was comparable to what you'd find at a high-end place, but fresher, and the squid salad was quite flavorful. While the shrimp fried rice lacked much taste, the overall meal was enjoyable. The service was attentive without being intrusive. I would definitely return.
