Schlotzsky's - Harker Heights

We got the French dip. Never having been there before I was expecting so much more. Hardly any meat on the sandwich, au jus was flavorless, and the bun was so weird. It was airy. It reminded me of cloud bread, made with almond flour. Was not a fan at all. I definitely will not be returning there ever again. Ohh and it 's pricey too for what you get.

To the lady working the front counter today. You showed extremely good patience with those two asian ladies who couldnt make up their mind and took 15 min to order. I didnt mind the wait but what i can respect is how patient you were. Im sure the sandwitch they ordered at the beginning of the ordeal was already done and cold by the time they finished their order. So cudos to you maam. I knew it was frustrating but you did great. Horrible staff!! Nasty attitudes!! Just disgusting all over!! The Manager should be fired!! The cook staff should be fired as well!! To immediately make your guest feel UNWELCOME UNCOMFORTABLE is tacky distasteful!!! This particular establishment is garbage!!! Whomever was on the register 4/10/23 your attitude is disappointing despicable!!!
