Domino's Pizza - Harker Heights

Foodbis good but the staff always mess up my pizza by missing items on it. The last I was told to call in and I'll get a free pizza and when I do a month later. There's no record of that promised free pizza.

Had sandwhichs chicken habanero had lots of meat and philly cheesesteak not even enough meat 1 layer

I had a delivery order this evening and part of my order was wrong. I ended up driving to Dominos to let them know I received the wrong order. None of the employees apologized, it seemed more of an inconvenience to have them make my order right.While waiting at the pickup window outside, I witnessed one of the employees handling money from the register and then going back making the food. No hand washing at all. There were also cleaning spray bottles on the food prep station.While waiting, a car ended up waiting behind me and per the employee, he told me to go park in the front. I waited in the front parking lot and ended up having to walk in to get my correct order.I was charged a delivery fee only to receive part of my order wrong and having to drive to dominoes receive bad customer service.

Charging over $30 for a pizza and not delivering and having change for $100 bill is absolutely stupid. Perhaps you should go out of business
