Papa John's - Haringey

I LOVE THIS PLACE. They dont attempt to make coffee lol. But at least they are honest about what they do. They make the best pizza. They listen. They care. The manager is the sweetest man, if something isnt right he puts it right. Lately found a gem called Aysha, hope she wont mind me mentioning her by name, she is a STAR. The manager is a STAR also. The flavours are great, the pizza is quick. They communicate. Whats not to like. If ever they slip up please give these people a chance, because they care enough to put things right. There was one blunder once and ever since then they do their total best to make sure everything is fantastic. THATS all people can do in life, we all make mistakes, but humility and sincerity and offering to put things right puts these folk high up in my estimation. Thanks guys.

Fine dining this is not. A fine line from having my taste-buds sensibilites insulted -this 'mos-def ' IS !. After navigating language barriers on the phone; the (new recruit pizza maker) finally got my order correct (sigh) ... Just one pizza. He said it would take an hour to deliver to me so I said I would collect. I got there in 20 minutes as he suggested. It wasn 't ready. The place was empty. No staff, no customers outside. Finally he was ready, I paid. I asked him about a bottle of 7UP, then some random guy off the street -looking like he 'd fallen off the back of a lorry, dirty face to match his dirty attitude and WEARING NO MASK (during lockdown) appeared close behind me. I was taken aback, he interrupted the conversation I was having with the server about my order and wanted attention. The server looked startled by the scruff guy and stopped serving me without completing my order to answer the scruffs questions. My pizza was getting cold I wanted to go home. Then the ugly looking character behind me who had not come to collect an order and had no purpose being there continued to provoke an argument as he exited. Eventually the server closed the door (which never should have been open during pandemic). Haringey! .. what can I say, its like the Wild wild west at times. Ladies beware ! Be escorted and if you have dogs keep them close; as these low lives are roaming the streets often now; disregarding etiquette common decency.

I ordered from this restaurant a week ago, and after waiting for over an hour and 40 minutes, I called to inquire about my order. Despite receiving numerous excuses and being informed that the driver was almost ready, I ultimately requested a refund. I was informed that it would take 5-7 working days for the refund to be processed. However, on the 8th working day, I still had not received the refund. When I followed up with the store, they claimed to have no knowledge of the order and said they would need to contact head office. After contacting head office and explaining the situation, I was informed that since the store had completed the order, a refund was not possible. Additionally, if I wanted to file a complaint, it could take an additional week. Dealing with this situation was incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Absolute disaster...I ordered a vegan pizza which I confirmed over the phone 3 times yet they sent a normal pizza and told me they don 't do vegan pizza and not even apologised other than ahhh sorry .. my little son could have been lactose intolerant and I wonder what they would have said then...never call this place.. managers name is Rahim and not sure how he got to be a manager not knowing what customer service actually mean..misunderstanding is one thing customer service is something else..you cannot be telling your customer what your policies are on the phone..that is your companies problem not customers..

A couple of hours ago I ordered two pizzas and a side (cheesy wedges) for delivery. I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for my order to be delivered and when i had it I realized they made a mistake with my side (they put me jalapeño bites instead). I called the store again and talked to the manager and what he said to me was: “keep that one and we will get it right the next time.” After asking for a refund they decided to send me my right order half an hour later and asked me to return the wrong order. No apologies or anything (just from the driver who was the only decent person I talked to). The sauce was wrong aswell but I couldn’t be bothered to complain again. Pizzas were not really nice either so definitely never ordering again!!!!
