Firezza Crouch End - Haringey

Of 22 januar I place an order like I have been in the rule for 6 years, through their website. from any reason I was charged and the order did not go through. after a war I call the load in crouch end and the manager asks...I prove the payment by email. he tells me to give up another order and pay again, because the refund is issued in 10 days at most. after 2/3 weeks I still haven't got my money back and I haven't heard of them. I will send another email to a few weeks or so where I was very upset because I have not received any refund yet and also no answer from them. and the answer was that “the office is too long, ect and if I want to have a free pizza as a gesture of goodwill while I still wait for the refund”. at the end I had to contact my bank, show them emails and quitten and so I got the transaction after 6 weeks invalid. I sent another email, then ask how can I get the free pizza, and I have not received any answer yet. so firezza treats her loyal customers (over 6 years). I would never give a penny for this company, and they all should do the same.

Where should I start? order on 19.11 supposedly delivered at 20.11, a lost number of phone calls that I have made, they never answered, they did once, probably for mistakes and soon fall the call, the customer service is zero, in the grunde does not exist, its 22.42...while I write this review, and still do not know if the driver had a hit or the whole restaurant. all extremely ridiculous and cannot explain how disappointed I am. ah, can not claim a refund or cancel the payment. I'm done tonight, thanks to these types. ps: 1 star cuz I can't set zero. let them speak the pictures. I know it's about a take-off service, but is so ridiculous not to be shown

I felt compelled to write an evaluation after the really terrible experience I had with firezza, and I came to the conclusion that they really don't care about the customer. last year, at the last two locations I used, the commands took well over 1...hour to arrive. the food came cold and the last time an article was missing. I contacted customer services that apologised me and offered me a free pizza. However, I had to spend at least 11.99 before I could get the free pizza. not helpful if they live alone during a shutdown. the same applies to their loyalty program, they must spend at least 11.99 before they can use any rewards, but this detail is not mentioned on their website. I contacted a senior member of their customer experience team to ask the above and forward my feedback. Despite at least five times tracking, the contact (sudhanshu amoli) has never replied to my emails. in fairness he tried to call me, but never left a contact number. I will not order firezza again. the quality of the product / service is uneven and it is clear that they really do not care about the customer experience. I would expect much more from a company that calculates a premium price for pizzas.

If you can collect yourself, you get a fat discount on any pizza, any size. Such a generous offer and the pizza we had ( Margerita) was delicious! Very firendly atmosphere as well ;)
