It's a matter of timing it's not like McDonald's. Just drop a couple of frozen patties and drop the clam cooker and 3 minutes later. U got fresh chicken. It takes 20 minutes to cook it 10 minutes for it to cool down and yes . They have to get rid of the old before the new. It's called food costs. So next time just ask what's fresh . It could b wings it could b extra crispy. Could b original or grilled. One of those 4 should b withing 10 minutes or call to see. It's a roll of the dice but when that's chiks fresh look out. But u have to get it right out of the fryer to get great chik. Unfortunately that's iffy.taters and gravys always good the sides r always good. Biscuits. 50 50 .. that's just the way it is when u got a 2o min wait on chik.
