Visited on the way from the Bath Xmas market. Which was awful. Came across this place by accident, looked amazing from the outside so stopped. Managed to get our Xmas shopping started! A couple hundred quid later we left. Brilliant gifts. Yes they aren't cheap but very unique. Far better than the bath market. I've added it as a place to go to again in the future.

I cannot speak highly enough of Flourish and all their staff. When facing a delicate situation last night with a vulnerable person, they all went above and beyond to ensure his safety (and everyone else's) without question or judgement. They provided hot drinks, food, lit the fire for warmth and provided blankets. Even after the closure time, they all continued to rally around until the help required arrived. The hot chocolates are amazing as is the food (having been here several times before) The Managers Sam and Wes are incredible, and the staff in general last night were wonderful. I would give 10 if I could.

It was a quiet Monday lunchtime stood quite along time waiting to be seated. Order was taken quickly the wrong drink arrived but was quickly replaced. The food arrived both chips were cold and replaced, I had a sandwich one of the pieces of bread was stale the other piece was fine. I have been to Flourish many times this was a disappointing trip.

Horribly rude staff, food is average at best and they don't take cash (even when their own card machine is not working). Best avoided.
