Subway - Harborough

I've never left a negative assessment, but my experience was so bad, I want to warn others. last week I ordered the lunch of subway harborough by a takeaway app. the order was confirmed by the restaurant and I was told that I would arrive in 30 minutes. after 45 minutes my eating had not arrived yet, despite the app said it had. I thought they were running late, so I waited. After half an hour I was really hungry and asked myself where my food was. I called the restaurant and asked if I could have an update on my order. I spoke with two hired, who were very rude when the second began to accuse me of banging my order in a decreasing vote. After she had proved to her that I had actually ordered and paid from her two, she suddenly “found” it and told me that it was already on the way and the delivery driver was less than 5 minutes away from my home. I just thank the worker that they're putting up the phone with no excuse. 30 minutes later, eating had not arrived. I thought the worker had lied to me to cancel my order. about 10 minutes after breaking off, to my surprise eating finally arrived over 2 hours, as my first order, but eating was not only cold, but not what I had ordered. the second time I ordered from subway marketough harbor. the first time (a few months ago,) they canceled my order an hour after I had ordered it to “be busy”. I should have known that I shouldn't order from this place again. I am surprised by the lack of customer service and was very disappointed with my experience. I would encourage anyone looking for a subway to visit the load in lutterworth instead of where I found the personal, are polite and friendly. Whenever I have ordered from lutterworth, my food arrives early and the order is correct.

I am not sure why, but my children love this place and always insist on eating here when we are in the city to be good parents, we let them at least eat them some salat:

I can't believe how terrible this is. all ingredients seem to be processed from the lowest quality meat and cheese. the service is surly, as if bad eating is not bad enough. never again.

Dreadful place, very stingy give them a few slices of filling this taste of plastic and that if the personal actually understand and their order right, since most of the time they cunning even English to them and they need to ask. they say several times what they say and then on them and take them a granat sandwich that has no taste

Faced with prospect of a choice of flabby bread and a display of the most awful ingredients, I was tempted to leave immediately. Factory processed salami, processed ham, processed cheese, processed reconstituted chicken, slimey tuna to name a few, I opted for flatbread a...square sheet of cardboard , tuna Gracefully dumped on my cardboard , with some cucumber and what was described as mayonnaise. One bite was terrifying, two led to a need to vomit. How Subway survive is one of the world's mysteries.
