Our party of 4 probably ordered half of the items on the menu: guacamole, french fries, fried zucchini straws, pate plate, soups, meatballs, duck rolls, popcorn shrimp, ribs, ice cream, cheesecake, and many other items. To say everything was exceptional is an understatement! The food was incredibly tasty, served at the perfect temps, and prepared to perfection. The service was beyond amazing: our server even cut most items into quarters and personally served all of us. He was incredibly attentive (but not overly attentive) and took care of everything we asked for very quickly. The manager also spent quite a bit of time with us taking care of everything. She was beyond incredible! Beyond the food and service, the decor was out of this world and the atmosphere was great. I could go into specifics on how amazing the craft cocktails were as well, but just take my word for it when I say they were world class. I've not had many dining experiences as good as this in my whole life. If you are ever visiting Istanbul and you don't visit this place, you are truly doing yourself a disservice. A true gem!!! We'll be back the first chance we get. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
You don't go here for the food or for a culinary experience, you go here for the ambiance and to dine with the upper-upper milieu of Istanbul. It's 300 per person if you don't drink, however the cuisine is neither unique or special enough to spend that sort of money. It's urban cuisine done good, but that's it. Even the side dishes you can order with your main dish are extra. I've had 3 pieces of fillet meat and mashed potatoes for 67 liras, which ought to give you an idea. Yes it tasted fine, but not amazing. The only unique food on the menu are the steak tartare and the snail. But to have a coffee, this is pretty much the perfect place as it's reasonably prices and the coffee is really good. (Julius Meinl) You can sit inside or outside, and the ambiance and service is genuinely good, however you either must be loaded or trying to impress somebody if you're having a proper dinner here.
Beymen brasserie is located on the of the most popular streets in Istanbul. It's on Abdi Ipekci street and it's a small cafe. I tried their cocktails and they tasted really good !
Highly recommended, been there a few times food is delicious, I've tried the schnitzel, crispy duck, shrimp and avocado cocktail and deserts the apple pie and strawberry cheese cake...all of it was tasty and the atmosphere is good because of its location, friendly staff with good service
