Sycuan Casino Resort - Harbison Canyon

Our room, first let 's talk about the AC. Would not turn off, and it was so loud. And the register was positioned in a stupid place. The bathroom fan, no off switch. Horrible! And no coffee in the room! WTF!!! I know there is a Starbucks in the Casino, I just don 't get not spending the money for in room coffee. Also in the room is a list of items that people take from the room, this list tells you what it will cost if you steal them. One of the items is a robe. We had no robes in our room. I called the front desk because I am not getting charged for something we never had. The lady at the front desk said There are no robes in the rooms. You have to request them from the check-in desk. Why is it on the list? Sycuan Casino and Resort you can do better. Your staff at the Hotel check in were slow and seemed to not like their jobs. The Christmas party was awesome, Sycuan, not so much.

The staff in the bingo room were very unfriendly. We were just looking to unwind and enjoy ourselves, but they consistently ignored us.

It 's such a treat to be rewarded with free rooms every now and then. This provides a safe stay after a long day of fun. Their rooms are very clean and very pretty. Thank you.

September 1 2023 was my first concert at Sycuan. I decided to treat myself and my 3 sisters to the 70's Soul Jam! I purchased the $100 center seats front row online! I did not notice on the print out that they switched my seats until I got to casino concert hall! I checked in at the box office and tried to tell that those were the seats I reserved and purchased! No one help me and me and my sisters was forced to sets in cheaper sits! I call the box office and they said that those were the seats that I purchased but to no avail! The lady in the box office was the same people lady that showed me to our seats! Terrible customer service!

Sycuan Casino is a disappointing experience, in my opinion. I would only give this place 2 stars at most, and that's mainly for the food options and customer service. Despite being a regular for 5 years and holding a diamond card status, I feel like this place has become a joke. It used to be okay before I became a member, but now it seems like I just keep losing money. Even after spending $1,000 a week and $5,000 a month, my biggest win was only $4,800 in November 2021. Since then, I haven't had any luck winning anything significant. The slots are not great, and it feels like the house always wins. I regret spending so much time and money here without anything to show for it. I definitely won't be returning next year, except maybe to use my free play. In the past 6 months, I've lost $37,000 with only $7,000 in winnings. I've tried playing at different levels, but the results are always the same. I would advise against getting a player's card and letting them track your spending, as it seems like they use that information to control your earnings. Overall, I feel like I've been taken advantage of and won't be spending any more money here. I suggest watching some online slot channels before visiting and think twice before emptying your pockets at this casino.
