This place is a real jewel of a fund in Harahan. The Poboys are also very good in their daily specialties and worth the price

Old school connection. Local place, many old people there at the tables. Sweet country girls behind the counter. You don't see that anymore. They are so popular that they do not disturb a new sign that it is a restaurant and not a business. Always at lunch. It's good they park on their backs. Good food at very reasonable prices. I like the meatball poboy, but they have all the usual variety and dishes

This little place in Harahan, LA. Can sit inside or take them to go. Order before or order upon arrival. Be aware that they simply take CASH OR CHECK, NO DEBIT OR CREDIT!!! There's an ATM in there. We ordered the 10 shrimps and Hamburg Po'boy. I have the daily (Monday) special to go. White bean plate with green beans and meat plate with Mac n cheese. The Po'boy was pretty good. Not really seasoned on the shrimps and some were a little hard. The burger was good, only not used to sown po'boy bread. The beans were excellent, but they give a lot of rice!!!! I had to get the pig out of the bean, not my business. The drinks are all bottle beverages. Bathroom is really small, but clean. Something that wasn't important to me behind the counter, but everyone is. Feel it should be a person per area, move too much and touch for me. Very little space.

Didn't know this place existed. And now I won't forget. Excellent food, Po Boys-Oh boy. Hot plates. Daily specials. You get large portions of delicious food. The service is excellent. Not a good place, but a great place to eat.

An absolute Harahan fixture. Great home cooked food, awesome po-boys, awesome people and more than fair prices. Service is super quick. I eat breakfast and lunch here at leat three times a week. If you're in the neighborhood do yourself a favor and stop by for some good food!
