Mcdonald's - Happy Valley

Aside from the manager and one other staff member, I hardly saw anyone else in the restaurant. The service was quick, and my order arrived promptly. The dining area was spotless. I did need to ask the manager to unlock the restroom for me, but it was also clean and well-maintained. My experience at this McDonald’s was quite remarkable, as it set a standard that should always be met, unlike the subpar service I’ve encountered elsewhere. Oh, and I should mention that the coffee tasted fresh!

I visited this McDonald's to get some ice cream for my 5-pound dog. The person who took my order around 4:45, I think his name was Bryce, tried to find a way for me to get a dish or a bowl of ice cream. However, his managers didn’t bother to come to the window to clarify. In the end, I was able to get a simple sundae. I would have loved to order more, but Bryce was so kind and helpful. I thanked him and promised to leave a review. The drive-thru service is outstanding, thanks to employees like him. By the way, Bryce, I'm the woman with the Yorkie who drove up in a red Corvette. The restaurant offers a smartphone menu that is reasonably priced. I enjoyed a fantastic breakfast featuring pancakes, along with excellent coffee and espresso. The customer service was outstanding!
