Kumi Buffet - Happy Valley

Incredibly huge selection of food items. At least 10 varieties of sushi to choose from. I hit the sushi hard on my first plate full. Upon my return everything was refilled for my second round.Food: 5/5

For the price point, they are very unfair. They charge you extra if you take food you don’t finish. Isn’t that the point of all you can eat??? You can’t stay longer than 2 hours or they’ll charge more. It’s just an uncomfortable feeling with extra charges for breathing. I had no intentions of staying more than 2 hours but I wanted to try new foods and I felt pressured not to because the extra charge. I took my mom and my family here and for 30 bucks a person they could have included drinks and ice cream but it’s extra money. We had 10 adults and a couple of children mind you if your children are older than 12 you get charged for an adult. My 12year old autistic nephew who is very challenged food/texture wise ate 6 fries 1 slice of an orange was charged for 27.99. They are ridiculous. I’ll never consider going there with a large group of adults and kids again.

I am so disappointed and embarrassed. I took some family members from out of town this past Thursday for dinner at 7:30. The bathrooms were nasty. The food trays were almost empty and never refilled. Customer service was really bad. We had to flag somebody down for water and sodas, they never did come to our table to take our plates, they then tacked on a convenience fee that we never even knew about. We spent well over $200 to begin with. I was very disappointed.Vegetarian options: There were plenty of vegetables that or meatless
