Tim Hortons - Hanover

Very clean inside, plenty of tables, I had a bacon and egg on an English muffin and a large double double. It was quick and delicious and the staff were nice and efficient.Parking: There's no shortage of parking at this location.

I placed a mobile order for a cold brew with a shot of caramel and cane syrup and when i received my drink it was made with cream. i waited for a while before an employee finally came up to me and when i showed her my receipt showing my drink was made wrong she told me cold brew automatically comes with cream in it and if i don’t want it i need to put that on my mobile order considering the photo on the app is the black cold brew with NO CREAM IN IT. i feel disrespected. i will not return for a unknown amount of time.

It was good. And wondered why they don't have any special donuts or monthly donut . Also its very frustrating that they never have any donuts or muffins at the night . This is not just this Tim Horton's its mostly all the smaller towns. Why if they are open till 11 or all night don't they have donuts and muffins at night ?

We’ve visited this Tim Hortons three times this summer, and each experience has been disappointing! The restaurant is dirty, and the bathrooms consistently have long lines and often lack soap or paper. The staff seem inexperienced, leading to extremely slow service in the dining area. I would recommend avoiding this location if possible!
