Stork Club Cafe - Hanover

As a landmark restaurant with history that spans generations in the Hanover area, I'm amazed that people still go there. The food and ice cream portions have greatly decreased over past few years...with the quality of the food along with it. Almost the entire menu is processed food, and is deep fried in oil so dark and old that it might have come out of an old Ford truck. I'm guessing that the only way they're serving is they close for the winter, and their prices are outrageous for what you get. The last and final time I went was with my family that came from out of town. Three of them got sick from the chicken Caesar wrap they had. Don't go.

The pastry shop in Versailles was very inviting. They offer medium-sized salads, small quiches, stuffed baguettes, and flatbreads.

Fantastic pastries at an affordable price, and they also offer pizza-style bread and sandwiches, so it's not just a sweets shop! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, despite the busy atmosphere.

This restaurant was amazing for grabbing some baguette sandwiches before visiting The Palace of Versailles. The food was beautiful and the service was very friendly!

I am sorry to say awhile ago we stopped by for an ice cream, we heard it was so great however, sadly did not like the lack of cleanliness, and poor customer service, found the person who waited on us was highly lacking customer service skills, now also I have learned that they are also cold hearted towards people whom suffer from life threatening allergies. My daughter suffers from the deadly peanut allergy; for lack of customer service and proper time taken she was given the wrong order, and being it looked similar to what she ordered she had to be rushed to the hospital. I cannot believe that these life threatening allergies are not taken seriously; EDUCATE your staff, train your staff to do their job properly, and to be RESPONSIBLE for their actions, or lack their of... to whom owns this establishment PLEASE take stock of your staff, train them educate them, and I pray there will be some sort of compensation for what happened. I pray this does not happen to anyone else! I WILL NOT ever set foot in this establishment again. My daughter could have lost her life because of this. So very disappointed and appalled. Did not want to give a star but they will not let you review unless you give one star...
