Sandals Negril - Hanover

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! We were in the Honeymoon Butler Suite and our Butler Byron was fantastic! We even woke up to a prepared breakfast on our terrace last day we were there. We went on a private boat tour with Delton and Derek and it was great! You were great! If you can spend the extra money, it is definitely worth it and I would request it. The food is fantastic and everyone is so beautiful and welcoming. Seriously the best vacation ever!

The staff is amazing, cannot say enough about how wonderful every member of the Negril staff is. Basil and Theda are amazing, and whatever they are getting paid it isn 't enough. The entertainment staff at Negril is second to none, make sure you check out the show each evening if you 're going. The travel and leisure staff can help make your next dream trip a reality, shout out to Sonya for helping us with ours. The only thing I would do without at this resort is some of the people who stay here. Some examples would be the guy who at 10AM couldn 't get a coherent sentence out because he appeared to be on drink 12, the insatiable Karen who doesn 't understand what amazing is and just wants to complain about life, and no shirt bro who clearly doesn 't understand what shirt and shoes required means. If you want an amazing destination vacation this is a great option, just make sure you know what you want. If you want a beach and great food grab one of the basic rooms and enjoy paradise, if you might want a bit more as well as room service make sure to upgrade to concierge level, and if you want the full experience make sure to go with the butler suite. Don 't complain about the level of service if you refuse to pay for what you really want. Also, don 't try to make your vacation worth it by drinking your weight in booze. Enjoy this resort for the amazing staff, location, and food then let every concern in life drift away.

We loved it! The staff was amazing! Special scream for Blair! He was excellent to work. All staff were friendly! We had such a good time. We made a few massages, dinner on the beach, a private boat trip and cave tour! AMAZING!!!

We had the option Butler Suite and Delroy and Roy made our vacation super relaxing and romantic. From the moment we landed on the Sandals Lounge at the airport and checked in, we were probably done. The food was good (by far was the best dinner Kimonos followed by Cocina). I expected more Caribbean cuisine options, but the beef patties and jerk chicken at noon were great! Our room was nice and at night the property is quiet. The staff is always clean and tidy and everyone is super hospitable and polite. Entertainment was missing and not like advertising. I expected tons of Caribbean music and performances to present the culture. All in all, the location is beautiful, the hospitality is immeasurable, the trip to and from airport 1.5 hours and not 40 minutes, take advantage of the MoBay on the departure at the airport, get the Butler options, and if you are Delroy and Roy...sit back for a great holiday!

Great place for vacation. The staff was courteous and friendly above the top. The kind of people who tell you good morning and they mean it. I have to highlight some of the staff there, one was Leo, who is a boat captain. Great guy and he set us up with an unrealistic cruise that was the highlight of our trip. Another was Elvis who worked in a restaurant on site, his service was simply amazing. Sandal is very blessed to have the staff they have. 10/10 would recommend a holiday here. You won't regret it.
