York Street Treat - Hanover

My daughter ordered me a 44oz strawberry banana milkshake. I ran into the freezer. I have the chance to drink it at 23:30 last night to find out it was done wrong. I called today after I came home from work to ask them if they would replace the milkshake with a properly made, and the woman on the phone said that she would not do anything to correct the situation because I did not call back at 11:30 when I found it was wrong. Very disappointed about how this situation was handled and its wise attitude towards me. Extremely unprofessional. I told her my family won't return and she said okay, that's okay and hanged.

The food is great and the service is fantastic the honey diving chicken and the cauliflower is great

Been coming here since I was a little kid. Still my go to place when I get back to the area. Always good food and ice cream especially raspberry

No masks for any employee and no mask for the people i seen them serving what a morian move maskit or casket

The best soft ice cream I've tasted for a long time.
