Wingstop - Hanover

First time here. The wings were ok. Took 40 minutes to get 10 wing and no trash cans.

Very very busy so we had a long wait. But the food was done right so tou could say it was worth the wait. Music was too loud so it was hard to hear the names out for your order.

Spoke with manager Tamaya, very unprofessional. Placed an online order at 2.30pm to be picked up at 5pm. My husband got there at 4.50 and they haven't even started our order, was told it would be 25min and they were busy! This is unexceptable service. I called and asked foe manager who did absolutely NOTHING to try and make our experience any better. Your food is not cheap, and when the service and management SUCK, makes it very hard to want to come back....Dissatisfied CustomerChristy

Completely terrible. I only gave it one star cause zero isn’t an option. First and absolute last time ordering from here. We placed an order online for pickup only to get home and realize wings were missing. We contacted the so called manager, who was rude and had zero customer service skills (they put just any kid in these positions nowadays! and claims he put the concern through to his district manager, stating that we wanted a refund for the entirely jacked up order and told us someone would reach out or we’d see the refund to our account. That was well over two weeks ago and neither has happened. Not to mention know when we try to contact the so called manager via the number we were given, no one picks up!And on top of all of that, the wings were terrible! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!
