Ordered a Hot coffee with extra cream and sugar, the ratios were correct on the ticket but it literally tastes like WATER. Never have this issue with other locations Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I’m about done with using this location, most the time my coffee is never made the way I order it even when there charging me for extra flavor. If they do get the order right witch is seldom coffee is full of grounds!!!!
