Chick-Fil-A - Hanover

Since there was a fairly short line (for a Chick-fil-a drive thru) I decided to go for it. There was one order line and I was able to place my order upon arrival. The lady was friendly. However, the line wasn't moving... at all. I asked if there was an issue, and she peeked around the corner and stated that were indeed cars there. Since the line wasn't moving, they opened the #2 line. To my frustration, the cars which ordered behind me and the others, drioe up to the front of the line making us who were already waiting continue to wait even longer. At the next point, I let the guy know that the white car he merged 4 cars ahead was supposed to be behind me. He told me he was aware, but that he wanted to zipper the lines and I would get my food when it was time.... as he let another car merge in front of me. Maybe this is petty, so be it. Also, I had no napkins in the bag.

Standard Chik-fil-A! I usually go through the drive through which I think this company runs it so efficiently, kind of amazing : The staff is friendly 99.9% of the time. The food is consistent, fresh, and has a good taste (except for the grilled nuggets, absolutely cannot recommend them, not a good taste at all, but they are fresh! . Yes, it is fast food, but they do have some healthy options which I usually opt for. The price is typical for a fast food restaurant. The atmosphere is bland, but that is typical for fast food restaurants in the USA. Highly recommend this location as with any others. Even on my regular road trips, this chain is one I frequent.
