Baskin-robbins - Hanover

The staff at this restaurant is very friendly and pleasant.

Tonight, we went at 8:52 to get a single scoop of ice cream. The "open" sign was on, but no one answered the drive-through. When we went to the window, all the lights were off. Eventually, someone told us they were closed even though it wasn't yet 9. They claimed they had already cleaned up and pointed around the store. This type of service seems to be typical for this location and hasn't gotten any better over the past year.

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. I contacted them to pay off a debt that had been transferred to them and to validate several bills that were duplicates or not mine before paying off all of the debt. The representative I spoke with was rude and refused to provide me with the information I requested. They then proceeded to report everything to my credit without making any written attempts to resolve the issue. Delmarva collection was much better to work with when trying to pay off debt. Their customer service needs improvement.

Attendant was rude and acted like he wanted nothing to do with me. Then got my order wrong and out my ice cream in the bag upside-down.

This location is pretty laid back. The time I came it was slow and the staff was relatively attentive. The issues I had is that it wasn't as clean as some other Dunkin near here yet it being so slow it seemed like that wasn't a problem over being too busy.
