Madam Yen Cooking Class - Hanoi

Madame yen quite simple, the best meal of my life! they can contradict each other, this person probably has a limited relation. Not as I traveled to all seven continental and food worldwide. this place was demanding and yet unpretentious. atmosphere was very pleasant, personal amazing, and eating unsurpassed! I had mushroom soup and the filled aubergine, while my companion grilled duck breast with orange glaze, pan-seared salmon and grilled flambé in cognac. after dinner with wonderful lemongrass tea and finally impeccable desert. if in hanoi, miss this place!

Very nice decorations with authentic classical style. Foods are tasty, staff really working well. Only thing need to do better I think that five colors salad cause for me it not so good. Thank you
