Contribuiți la feedbackWe both enjoyed enormous meals. the restaurant is more expensive than others in the opposite. I want to think that they pay more because of its extensive and beautiful decoration and its excellent service that gives a very good ambiente. in the first floor even traditional musicians play. they could also go for alfresco. the place is really suitable for even large meetings; they had a room that could fit us 9 adults and 4 children. we have not made reservations in advance, but they should be one on the safe side. it is difficult to tell them what the dishes have to taste because they are all really good. but some have to try dishes include: grilled chicken with lemongrass, sweet pomelo salad with garn, grill bark meat in bambus, and that must try to drink is kumquat
I am really in the Vietnamese authentic kitchen and the cozy decoration here. I came back from my business trip and have a meal with friends in this restaurant, I felt like oh yes, they are totally at home. all the dishes fit my taste and my foreign friends. the staff are friendly and serve very quickly
Highly recommended for those who want to be introduced into high quality Vietnamese cuisine! I have many restaurants(more than 4 stars) in hanoi, but I was not satisfied for many reasons. how cleanliness, waiting time, food quality and personal. the restaurant of grandma is however different and one of the best restaurants in hanoi. first, its food quality is so great. I was sick and tired of the same Vietnamese eating style. but I experienced classic but advanced and developed food here. it was so good that I ordered about 8 dishes. especially the deep-fried castor is the best among them. I don't know exactly, but it has very crispy specialty batteries. Moreover, cocktail is made by well-trained bartender. I thought the price was a little expensive before I experienced it, but. it's actually reasonable. Secondly, there are really good employees. they served very politely as a premier hotel. also speak fluent English. supervisor mr. lin and ms. thao is very friendly. they never make a noise when they put courts away from my table and cheerfully. Of course they ask food allergy before they take an order, so they don't have to worry about it. Third, the atmosphere is modern and classic. there are small but well-run garden and fountains in the restaurant. I felt like eating in the garden. most people are busy making a picture. also the restaurant is super clean. every skinny, even toilets are all clean. if there is only one open area. it is a perfect restaurant with family and couple.
Tasty eating excellent service honestly I can't understand how someone can give this place a bad review. yes, it is a little expensive for local standards (always still very affordable for westerners,) but eating is amazing. we had seabass broth (good,) pomelo salat (excellent,) a long fish shell that was for to die and rolled a bark and garlic in leaves that was quite good. the drinks were very well made, we loved the Pandan tea and we even got some to take home.
We ate here twice and tried several local dishes. Everything was tasty and fresh and the waitresses were very nice. The pancake and cha ca were the best, as they were light, tasty and fun to eat, as you had to build your own mini wraps using the given ingredients. Unlike what we read in some reviews, we were not at all pressured to give a TripAdvisor Google review, they just asked us to fill a short survey at the restaurant. The waitresses were good at paying just the right amount of attention to you some other customers were asking lots of questions amd chatting, while we were shown how to eat our food and then left to enjoy it. The prices were reasonable for the quality of the food and service, from 90k for pho or starters to max 200k for main dishes.
