French Grill - Hanoi

My wife and I are always celebrating special occasions in the French barbecue and we have this for several years. We love the food of Chef Jean Francois Nulli. We respect his passion and creativity and the service is always top notch too. This is our go-to location for special meals and they never fail.

It's been a long time since I had a strong feeling of French!!!

Food was great! The lava cake was the best I had! Mark and Nicola were so friendly and accommodating.

That was the best meal I had in Hanoi. First, we were blown away by the Muse Bouche, bread with four kinds of butter (spinach, beet root, passion fruit and seaweed). The bread was excellent. Our nets, steaks and lobsters were perfectly cooked and the side pieces were generous. After all, Dessert was from this world. Service was also attentive and pleasant. This place has met the brands of every excellent French restaurant.

I had made the dinner reservation for my boyfriend’s birthday and they have arranged a nice table with romantic and elegant ambience for us upon our arrival, which we both feel comfortable with. We have decided to order à la carte menu and the chef had split every orders into 2 portions nicely so that we can share them easily. The appetisers and main courses were exceptionally good and of high quality. Staff were very nice and they all came out to sing the happy birthday song with complimentary cake to my friend, and by the end of the dinner, our waiter escorted us to the the jazz bar one level down and offered us a complimentary cocktails with great jazz music to end our evening! The best birthday dinner experience ever! Foods were really out of our expectation and to be honest, not expensive at all for that level of quality. Thank you. Definitely a restaurant to recommend!
