Contribuiți la feedbackEating is not bad, but also not really impressive. everything on the menu is western, but it seems like a kind of confused interpretation of western food. for example, in the lasagne that I ordered, I could not find a cherry or tomato sauce, which means that it was actually more like a moussaka than a lasagne.
We ordered two pizzas that were delivered extremely undercooked. I don't mean to be disrespectful, but this is the worst pizza margarita we've seen in Vietnam. No sauce in the middle, no basil, hard uncooked cheese, whole Slices of fake American cheese on the pizza. Margaritas are served with only mozzarella, not American cheese. Your company completely failed to meet expectations of quality fresh food. As one that managed a pizza restaurant for over 5 years, you guys need to fix your product. This is gross and a terrible excuse for pizza. Again, why are whole slices of fake sandwich style american cheese on a pizza, where are the basil leaves, and where is the sauce consistency?
Saying goodbye to Alfresco. After coming to alfresco for years, I'm never coming back after today. First off, my wife was throwing up after lunch here. Second. Got a text from alfresco saying that I received points to spend because my birthday is later this month. Got here, ordered, asked staff to check how many points I have. Never came back with answer. Ok fine. By the end of the meal and it's time to pay, mentioned points were not in my card. Asked manager about the situation, it's not her fault, she'll contact another department. Sure, waited about an hour, came back to asked manager what's the solution. Answer was: it's sunday, they can't deal with it till tomorrow. Great, well tell me that an hour ago. I got families with kids waiting an hour for that answer? I will never come back to alfresco because how they treat their customer, every time we used our reward points, the manager seems unhappy about it. If you don't want customers to use your loyalty system, what's the point of having it? I do have to point out the wait staff were very friendly and attentive. It's the managers and their attitude that drove me away. They don't want customers, they just want to sell their food. I never review restaurants on here, but this one experience was so awful that I needed to. I wish the company know that if they continue in this direction, more people will turn away.
I asked for medium steak, but I have a rare one. the captain should be able to understand my order when he speaks English. total experience was okay
Her medium rare steak tasted really mouthwater and juicy, although I wasn't satisfied with her bolognese spaghetti, it wasn't really so tasty type of blande for my taste. the Hawaiian pizza was really delicious, the thick crust pizza was absolutely spot on. it took some time for their server to take our order because the number of customers they needed to this day, so it understandable. they also speak English and were very accommodating.
