Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Hanford

The service and hospitality was so special I thought it was family owned! The girls that prepared our order were very attentive to our questions and requests, so much so that I thought they were related and this was a family business! ?

Haven't been to Dickey's in a long time, but decided to stop today (1/14), and I can say things have massively improved. From the customer service that made us feel welcomed and attended to, the food hit the spot. Definitely will be coming back here again and again.

Horrible service. Girls working counter don't even acknowledge you when you come in. Had to ask for them to take my order. Both girls were rude. Meat was cold. Ice cream machine was broken. No customers were there but alot of dirty tables. Girls working there were too busy standing around texting to clean tables. Never

The service was great, there were two girls working there Dec 12 in the afternoon. They were super nice and helpful.The ambiance its alright, not a place you want to eat at, althought there is free ice cream and that a awesome. The food Its just okay. Pulled pork was super dry, the brisket dry as well. Thank God they give BBQ sauce. The jalapeño cheddar sausage was delicious and my fries as well. The Mac n cheese had no flavor and the noodles were extremely over cooked. Would not eat here again.

This was the worse basic ham ever 90$ for a ham that tasted not the same but worse than a 20 ham we had also on thanksgiving, save your money for better thanksgiving food you can male before buying here for the holidays.
