Kobe Japanese Steak House - Hancock

Absolutely awful service. Ordered takeout go there 30 minutes later like I was told and sat there for an hour. People were getting refunds and leaving they were so slow. Never had such bad service here.

I come here very often whether it be with my family or my friends and I have never been treated with so much disrespect. I had a complaint about my bill and was told I was wrong multiple times and then the manager of the building proceeded to get in my faceand tell me that she has been the owner or manager for 20 years and that she was right. I have never had to pay for fried ricewhen I went there and tonight I had to pay for not 1 but 4 of them and I never received them and I also had to pay for extravegetables that I also never received. I will never go back to this establishment and I would advise that no one else doeseither. Their customer service has gone downhill over the last couple years and they need to get their act together.

We have been here twice, and will be back. The service was exceptional, the chef was entertaining. Don't get the lobster, mine was fishy and a big disappointment. Do get the filet, chicken or shrimp all were tasty and cooked as requested. Easily two mealsfor most people.

Went there to have a nice sushi dinner and after we were seated we were told they don't do sushi anymore. Ordered the most expensive item on there menu and sent it back cause it didn't taste right. The owner stated that it was because it was frozen.For the price they charge it should be fresh. When we went to the bathroom the toilets had fecal matter all over them. We paidand left. We got home just to end up sick now going on 3 days with food poisoning. Never coming back here.

We went to Martinsburg for the first time since the move and were super pleasantly surprised, it was wonderful! The food was delicious and the staff was friendly efficient! We were disappointed that they had no sushi, we are not sure that this is a lasting thing. But the Teppanyaki food was amazing and we will be safe again!
