Jack's - Hanceville

This place needs new management!! And workers they are rude and lazy got this today very upset paid 22$ for mine and my sons chicken sandwich was under cooked ! Come on people ? ?

Manger was super nice to makee a breakfast item after the time. It was the young lady with long blonde hair and glasses that tossed my pick up order at me with very disturbing look that got me.

This restaurant still needs help. Most of the time they don't have large cup. And very slow.

Waited a bit, but I asked for fresh chicken. Worth the wait.

Staff at this Jack's takes care of the customers very well. Restrooms and the dining room and very clean. Also a plus is the gravel parking lot as well as the standard parking lot. This gravel parking lot is perfect for campers, semi truck, and charter buses.Parking: Perfect for car, buses, campers, and semi trucks
